We are delighted to announce the opening of two new International House schools in Australia in Byron Bay and the Gold Coast in 2021! The new schools are part of the IH Sydney Training Services which has schools in Sydney, Bondi , Darwin and Melbourne.
With 14 newly renovated classrooms, IH Gold Coast will be opening for English language teaching on January 4th, 2021. The school has spectacular water views and large indoor and outdoor student common areas. The Business College (ihBC) will open on January 25th.
For IH Byron Bay, its 14 classrooms and common areas have recently been updated, and the centre also has a student café, large outdoor space, and easy access to all local attractions. It will open for English language teaching on March 1st, 2021, with the Business College opening on January 25th.

Due to this, we have been able to stick to our business plan and expand into the Gold Coast in Queensland, while realizing an opportunity to take on an existing location in Byron Bay. IH Sydney has been fortunate to retain nearly all employees, and provide the excellent levels of education and service the company was known for prior to the pandemic. We look forward to this next chapter in our company's history, and the strong future of the international education industry".
The full portfolio of ELICOS English language courses will be offered at both schools, including general English, Cambridge and Ielts exam preparation, English for Academic Purposes and the Speaking & Pronunciation course.
The business colleges will offer Certificate III, Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses in Marketing and Communication, Leadership and Management, Social Media Marketing, and International Trade and Business.
