IH Byron Bay

Like all of our IH colleagues worldwide, our top priority at IH Byron Bay is the wellbeing of our students, teachers and all staff. We are now offering online English language courses for all of our adult students, as well as exam preparation for Cambridge and IELTS. Our staff have been trained for our online course offering and are ready to support our students’ and teachers’ needs.

International House Byron Bay is part of the International House World Organisation, the oldest teacher training and language learning organisation in the world.

At IH Byron Bay you can study English for your work or every day and take examination preparation courses. We offer semi-intensive (20 hours per week) and part-time (10 hours per week) courses with flexible timetables, courses and levels in General English or Examination Preparation for IELTS, Cambridge FCE & CAE.

ih Business College (ihBC) is a new division of International House Sydney and offers Certificates, Diplomas and Advanced Diploma courses in a range of areas at IH Byron Bay.

IH English students can move freely between IH Sydney City, IH Bondi, IH Darwin, IH Melbourne and IH Gold Coast with the same timetable and at no extra cost. ihBC students can use similar flexibility between all ihBC campuses on a term basis.

IH Byron Bay has 14 recently updated classrooms and common areas, with a student café, large outdoor space, and easy access to all local attractions. It will open for English language teaching on March 1st, 2021, with the Business College opening on January 25th.

Located in the heart of welcoming and trendy Byron Bay, the 14 classroom campus has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and is a 10-minute walk from the world-famous Byron Bay beaches.
