NEW IN 2025: The Perfect French Language Summer Adventure in Paris!

Les ateliers FL - IH Paris is proud to announce their new French+ Teens Summer Camp program.

Specifically designed for teens aged 13 to 15, it offers a safe, exciting, and supportive environment in the heart of Paris – one of the world’s most vibrant cities. Whether for 2 or 4 weeks, young learners will immerse themselves in valuable learning, make new friends, and enjoy exciting excursions.

In the mornings, students participate in dynamic French lessons tailored to their language level, taught by experienced teachers specialised in FLE (French as a Foreign Language). Afternoons are packed with cultural and fun activities, such as enjoying a boat tour on the Seine, taking part in hands-on workshops like pastry-making or an urban laser game.

Both educational and recreational activities are carefully balanced to ensure the students remain engaged, building confidence both in the classroom and while exploring Paris. With 24/7 supervision from our dedicated and experienced team, a memorable summer filled with adventure, new experiences, and lasting memories is guaranteed.

At IH Dublin, we are expanding our offerings this year with five new programmes across Juniors, Adult Courses, and Teacher Training, providing even more opportunities for students and educators to develop their skills.

Bridge Mills Galway Language Centre: First Irish School to Join the Cambridge English Education Partnership Scheme

Bridge Mills IH Galway Language Centre It's exciting news for Bridge Mills Galway Language Centre, one of IH World's newest Study Abroad school members, as they are announced to be the first official Cambridge English Educational Partnership in Ireland!

The new Cambridge English Educational Partner scheme is a mark of commitment to achieving excellence in English by integrating Cambridge learning and assessment into institutional curriculum plans. This partnership positions Bridge Mills Galway Language Centre as an example of English excellence in the region.

Bridge Mills International House Galway Language Centre now has access to the world-class expertise, vast pools of experience, and collaborative networks of the University of Cambridge and Cambridge University Press and Assessment.

Celebrating 100 Years of Eulogio Cremades – A Time Capsule of Language Learning History

This February 1st marks the 100th anniversary of Eulogio Cremades, the visionary who shaped International House Córdoba and Huelva into what it is today. Eulogio, alongside Brita and John Haycraft, worked tirelessly to pioneer the language learning industry as we know it, connecting cultures and breaking barriers.

To celebrate his legacy, we’ve created a "time capsule" featuring incredible photos from 1953–1970. You’ll find Eulogio sharing laughs with teachers in the school’s bar, guiding Spanish students through Córdoba’s stunning Alcázar, and in the opening of Huelva’s school.

Eulogio wasn’t just a pioneer of our industry—he was an ambassador of Córdoba to the world. This tribute is a small slice of our shared history, a reminder of the passion and dedication that unites us all as part of the IH family.

IH Valencia Opens a New Residence: Students are Loving Their Home Away from Home

A room at IH Valencia's new residence. We're excited to introduce Resiolé Boutique, the latest addition to our student residences at Españolé IH Valencia. GLS Berlin – The School With a Pool

GLS, IH Berlin, is one of the few language schools in the world with its own swimming pool - and a listed one at that. The pool is open to all language course participants for a reduced price. The pool is a spectacular building, built in 1898 in the neo-renaissance style.

It is located in Hotel Oderberger, right next to the language school. The hotel belongs to GLS, and VOGUE recently named it one of the best hotels in Berlin. The hotel is one of the accommodation options offered to GLS students - alongside the studio apartments on campus, host families and low-budget residences off campus in Berlin.

Exciting New IH Quality Assurance Scheme

At IH World, we have launched a new Quality Assurance Scheme in 2025. This scheme is designed to add value to the inspection process for schools. Inspectors will act as consultants for schools and give expert advice on areas where schools can improve. We at IH World will provide a toolkit of strategies and support to help IH schools achieve their ambitious goals and maintain their high service level.

What does this mean for Study Abroad agents?

With the new IH QA Scheme, IH schools will be supported and encouraged to grow, develop and perform at the top of their game.
