International House Torquay / Torquay International School has launched a new, free ‘Language Development for Agents’ course.

Following a very successful pilot over the last 2 weeks, IH Torquay is pleased to announce this new free online course for agents which will cover areas such as:
- Negotiating and Compromising
- Getting to “Yes” in English
- Small talk and Socialising
- Closing a Conversation (without causing offence!)
- Asking and Requesting
- Cross-cultural Understanding
Kevin commented, “We were delighted when our pilot of this course was so over-subscribed we had to offer additional sessions. Feedback was extremely positive, with 92% of participants saying they would recommend.
“More than 50 agents participated in the pilot programme last week, from Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Italy, Japan, Germany, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand and Turkey. It was a truly global experience, and the sessions also served to consolidate and strengthen our ties in these difficult times. We look forward to welcoming colleagues old and new on board this exciting innovation.”
