The City

ncNancy is a city of 350,000 inhabitants located in the Lorraine region in the Northeast of France and at the heart of Europe as it borders three other countries: Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. Nancy is one hour and thirty minutes from Paris by train and 50 minutes from Strasbourg, another major city of the Northeastern part of France. Nancy is close to the vineyards of Champagne and the wines of Burgundy and Alsace. It is a city of art and culture, famous for its Place Stanislas, and its university attracts plenty of international students every year.
