Jantar was established as a school of foreign languages in 1992. With the adoption of the Adult Education Act, in 2010 Jantar established its Institute for Adult Education. Today the two institutions function as a joint educational centre for more than 1600 students of all ages. In 2015, we received a sign of quality assurance (Croatian Quality) awarded by the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, in December 2016 we received a recognition and plaque “Zlatna Kuna” as best small-business in Dalmatia county, awarded by the Croatian Chamber of Commerce. In 2017, Jantar became an official Cambridge Assessment English exam centre.Since 1992, Jantar has been offering quality courses for students of all ages for a variety of languages - English, Italian, German, French, Spanish and Russian, as well as Croatian as a second language. We offer a range of courses, from general to specialised, all in line with the Common European Framework of Reference for languages (CEFR) and tailored to the needs of our students. In addition, we are an authorised Cambridge exam centre, specialising in preparation courses for Cambridge exams, general, academic and professional.We were proud to become the first Croatian school to enter the International House family in 2019.Welcome to Jantar - International House Split
