International House Bristol (12-to-17 year olds)

Come to Bristol, UK, this summer - from the comfort of your own home!
We have designed our NEW online junior programme using our experience and the best platforms to create a fun, interactive experience for you and other students from around the world. The course is available for 12-17 year olds from 8th June to 21st August (1-11 weeks) and is a combination of 10 General English lessons per week and + 7.5 hours of Social Programme. Cambridge preparation is also available.We can’t wait to welcome you to a summer like no other!

International House Cape Town,  Malta,  Newcastle (12-to-17 year olds)

This summer, IH Newcastle, Cape Town and Malta have teamed up to offer a great interactive, live and virtual programme for juniors to learn English while exploring cultures and history, as well as making friends from around the world. Your child will gain so much knowledge about the culture and history of Newcastle, Malta and Cape Town. They will also discover hidden talents and skills through their participation in our social programme. Our classes will cover topics related to leadership, environments, cultures, history, science and technology. #IAmTeenExplorer

International House London (8-to-11 year olds and 12-to-17 year olds)

We have three online courses available for Young Learners this summer. Our Discover English (8-11-year olds) and Explore English (12-17-year olds) programmes follow a different theme each week, such as Our World or Our Future.
For our more academically focused students, we have English Plus (12-17-year olds) which prepares them for a LanguageCert spoken English exam and accredited qualification on completion. As well as our English lessons, we offer an inclusive activity programme giving students a choice of three activities each day such as “Exercise with English”, “Meet the Animals” or basic coding classes.
 
IH IntTuition offers 2 different types of online programmes for juniors :
This unique online programme is aimed at students age 10-18 and allows for the development of Higher Order Thinking Skills – the tools young learners will need to success in a globalised world - through reading. 
Each course is based around a book, which students read between classes. During class time the tutor leads students in analysing and discussing the relevant chapters. Each book is broken into 45-minute sessions, 2 of which represent one lesson.
Currently among the list of books that are treated are the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl.
This program is a flexible way to study with lessons from 15 minutes to one hour for students of all ages. We offer affordable quality, with all our tutors being TEFLI or TEFLQ qualified to British Council standards. Each course is completely customised to your requirements. After signing up, we match you with a specialist tutor for your free 30-minute trial lesson, after which we will arrange further lessons with the same tutor. Currently we offer English, French, Spanish, Italian and German. We are working on incorporating many other languages.
