Truly international language school and an International House in Edinburgh.
We are open all year round and offer General, Business and Academic English to our global network of students and local clients alike. *Our minimum age for English is 18 years and our maximum group size (for all languages) is 10 per class. *
We also offer a wide range of languages from Brazilian Portuguese to Turkish both in private and afternoon/ evening group lessons (3 academic terms per year). Translation services and in-company training is also provided.
We have the best location in town with both the airport bus stop and tram stop within the same block. A wide range of supermarkets, cafes and shops are also within one block. The famous Princes Street Gardens with the fantastic view of the castle is also only one block away.
We offer free tea and coffee and a friendly family atmosphere. As we rotate our English teachers regularly there are no strangers in the school
Our social programme is also run by our English teachers which gives students the chance to further improve their English while having fun and experiencing Edinburgh's and Scotland's rich heritage and culture.

The City
Edinburgh is Scotland's vibrant, multicultural, international, historic and beautiful capital city. The city has roughly 500,000 people living here and is known for its friendly inhabitants as well as the world's biggest English speaking festival city (Military Tattoo Festival, International Festival, Fringe Festival, International Book Festival and Hogmanay Festival - to name but a few).
Edinburgh International Airport is well connected and only 30 mins away from the city and International House Edinburgh (either by airport bus, tram or taxi).
The city boasts one of the most beautiful and biggest natural parks in any city around the world and also has a wonderful sandy beach in Portobello - easily accessible by bus from International House Edinburgh.
