Monica Green has been the part time Executive Director of International House World Organisation since October 2008. She is also a member of the IHWO Board and Management Committee and has chaired both bodies on several occasions. In her role as Executive Director, Monica focuses on the strategic and legal aspects of running the company as well as line managing the COO.
Monica is based in Portugal where she is the owner and director of International House Torres Vedras. The school was established in 1990.

Lucy is responsible for the staff and operations of International House World Organisation Ltd in London. She was appointed as COO in January 2009, having worked for International House World Organisation since 2001 in a number of different roles including recruitment, HR and Quality Management.

Elizabeth manages IHWO’s Recruitment Services, assisting IH schools throughout the network in recruiting teachers.
She is also in charge of finding new member schools and supporting them through the affiliation process.
Elizabeth coordinates and produces the IH Club and IH Journal and is currently the Editor of the IH Journal.

Feyi is responsible for the full delivery of all IH events and represents the IH network at industry events, both in the UK and abroad.
She also manages the IH brand and offers branding support to affiliate schools.
Feyi works with the COO and Management Committee on brand development and strategy and is the main point of contact for all Study Abroad Agents and Study Abroad Schools.

Sophie is the IHWO digital content manager, running the IHWO websites, newsletters and social media.
She deals with all membership services, assists with the organisation of International House events and is the office manager.
Book-keeper and Office Manager

Jeaniene manages the accounts and finances for IHWO and is also the office manager. She enrols candidates on IH online teacher training courses and issues their certificates.

Yvonne is the first point of call for all general enquiries by phone or email.
She also assists Elizabeth Arbuthnott with recruitment administration, coordinates the issuing of Teacher Training certificates and arranges school inspections.
Yvonne sends out welcome packs to new affiliates and manages product orders from the International House online shop.

Clive works two days per week in the IHWO offices. He deals with all invoices, payments, international bank transfers and accounting enquiries.

Teacher Training Coordinator

Shaun has been working part-time as the Teacher Training Coordinator since September 2007. He works for IHWO three days per week but is usually at the end of an email if you need anything.
Shaun provides teacher training advice and support for International House Teacher Training Centres. He also runs the IH Online Teacher Training Institute (OTTI), develops courses and oversees the IH Assessment Unit. Shaun is based near Oxford, UK.

Academic Coordinator for Resources and DOS Support

Neil works part-time for IHWO four days per month. He is responsible for managing, editing and creating resources and teaching materials for staff in IH schools. Neil also provides support and advice for Directors of Studies (DOS) across the network.
Neil is based in Buenos Aires and is a Teacher Trainer for IH Buenos Aires Teacher Training.

Young Learners Advisor

Kylie works part time for IHWO 16 hours per month and is available to support and advise all current and potential Young Learners teachers or coordinators via email or Skype.
Kylie joined the IHWO team in 2011 and is based at IH Prague where she is the Young Learners ADOS, Preschool Coordinator and IHCYLT Tutor.
