Essential role requirements
- You must have a CELTA, Trinity TESOL, or equivalent initial teaching qualification
- You must have a degree (e.g. BA, BSc)
Full-time position - teaching up to 24 hours weekly plus 6 hours for stand by teaching and PD sessions. The timetable is combined from different type of classes: adults, YL, in-companies and exam preparation. We are looking for teachers with at least 1 year experience but will consider applications from newly qualified teachers.

About the school and City
The city was founded in 1654 and after a humble beginning as a small fortress grew to be a major centre of Ukrainian industry, trade and culture in the Russian Empire.
Kharkiv was the first capital of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, from December 1919 to January 1934, after which the capital relocated to Kiev.
Now Kharkiv is the second largest city in Ukraine with the population of a million and a half. It is the largest industrial city in the country with a lot of machine-building and metalworking plants, as well as enterprises of power engineering, electrical and chemical industry.
Kharkiv is the second biggest educational centre in Ukraine and it is known as the city of students and youth. There are 38 higher educational institutions in Kharkiv, including state and private universities, academies and specialized institutes. About 300 000 students study and live in Kharkiv and about 12 000 out of them are foreigners.
The city of Kharkiv is one of the largest transportation centers in Ukraine, which is connected to numerous cities of the world by air, rail and road traffic. The city has many transportation methods, including: public transport, taxis, railways, and air traffic.
Kharkiv is also famous for its theatres, museums, art galleries, beautiful parks and gardens.
