We are pleased to inform delegates that Hotel Delfino has reserved a number of rooms for conference participants at specially discounted rates (valid for bookings made by the end of July 2026). Details of the dedicated conference prices and booking procedures can be found below. We encourage delegates to book early to take advantage of this preferential offer and enjoy a comfortable stay overlooking Taranto’s beautiful Mar Grande.

ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY at HOTEL DELFINO https://hoteldelfinotaranto.com/en/rooms

No penalty will be charged for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the arrival date.

If cancellation is made between the 29th day and the 14th day before the arrival date:

  • free cancellation up to a maximum of 10% of the confirmed room allotment
  • beyond this percentage, a charge of 50% of the total revenue of the cancelled rooms will apply (net of free cancellations)

If cancellation is made between the 14th day and the 7th day before the arrival date: penalty of 70% of the total revenue of the cancelled rooms

If cancellation is made between the 6th day and the arrival date:

  • penalty of 100% of the total revenue of the cancelled rooms

No-shows and early departures will be charged in full.

Name changes (substitutions) will be accepted only if received in writing.

Getting to Taranto

Taranto is conveniently accessible from the two nearest international airports in Apulia: Brindisi Airport (BDS) and Bari Karol Wojtyła Airport (BRI). Both airports offer a range of transportation options, including direct shuttle buses, train connections, private transfers, taxis, and car rental services.

For visitors travelling by rail, Taranto is also well connected to major Italian cities through the national railway network, with regular services operated by Trenitalia and other rail providers.
