About the Conference

At this year’s conference, agents will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of study abroad programmes offered by IH schools. Our schools provide excellence in language education in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish, with centres located across Europe, South America, Asia and Oceania.

Delegates will enjoy insightful presentations by industry experts, face-to-face meetings with IH schools, and invaluable networking opportunities.

Event Schedule Overview

Monday 5th May

16.00 – 19.00 Palermo City Walking Tour

19.30 – 22.00 Welcome Aperitivo at City Sea Palermo

22.00 Return to hotels (on foot)

Tuesday 6th May

Full-day conference with industry speakers and meetings with IH schools.

19.30 Dinner on the panoramic terrace of La Rinascente at Restaurant Obicà

Wednesday 7th May

Optional FAM trip to Catania organised by International House Catania

FAM Trip Itinerary – Catania

07:00 – Departure from Palermo
09:00 – Arrival at the school in Catania and welcome breakfast featuring local specialties
09:30–10:00 – Walking tour of Catania, including a visit to the Opera House and/or the Benedictine Monastery
13:00 – Light lunch at Pescheria (Catania’s historic fish market)
14:30 – Departure to Mount Etna
15:30–16:00 – Hiking on Monti Sartorius (Mount Etna)
18:00 – Open-air aperitivo at Monti Sartorius with a stunning sunset view
19:30 – Return bus to Catania

Agents will book their own accommodation in Catania and can depart from Catania Airport the following day. All other expenses during the trip will be sponsored by IH Catania.

For agents wishing to take a flight on the same day, it is possible to leave the group after lunch.
