Webinars for IH Arabic Teachers: March 2021

We are pleased to present two workshops for IH Arabic teachers coming up on Friday 12th March.

The first workshop will take place from 12.00 to 13.00 GMT / UK time, while the second workshop will take place just after at 13.05 to 13.50 GMT / UK time. More detials below.

The first workshop:

Title: Using Arabic Corpus tool in class

On Friday 12th March from 12.00 to 13.00 (UK time/GMT) join the International House worldwide community of IH Arabic Teachers for the online workshop 'using Arabic corpus tool in AFL classes’ We will discuss the benefits of using corpus tools in our classes... Present a model of integrating corpus-based activities for different levels …demonstrate other ideas together...

The second workshop:

Title: Kahoot: an engagement and assessment tool

Presenter: Hanan Elsanhoury

On Friday 12th March, from 13.05 to 13.50 (UK time/GMT), join the International House worldwide community of IH Arabic Teachers for the online workshop 'Kahoot: an engagement and assessment toll’ By the end of this session, the participant will be able to create a free kahoot account & create, edit and play a game with students. Also, the participant will be able to share this game and access the report of the students’ performance.
