13.00 – 14.15 Uhr CET Die Geschichte vom Zappelphilipp - Neurodiversität und Unterricht

In diesem Workshop werden wir zum Einen schauen, was Neurodversität bedeutet, und wie sich dies auf das Lernen auswirken kann. Im zweiten Schritt werden wir gemeinsam überlegen, wie wir diesen Lernern helfen können, ihr Potential zu entfalten und welche Form von Unterstützung wir als LehrerInnen bieten können.

Der Workshop wird geleitet von Anette Igel, IHworld Deutsch Koordinatorin, DAZ Lehrerin und Förderkoordinatorin in Hamburg

14.30 – 15.00 Uhr CET "Mit dem HERZEN denken, mit dem HERZEN unterrichten"

In diesem interaktiven Workshop sollen mit den TeilnehmerInnen gemeinsam die folgenden Fragen diskutiert werden.

1) Wie profitiere ich als Lehrperson nicht nur monetär sondern auch menschlich und energetisch von meiner Arbeit im Unterricht?

2) Was sind Intuition und Eingebungen und wie nutze ich sie im Unterricht?

3) Welche Gefühle, positiv und negativ, verbinde ich mit meiner Arbeit?

4) Wie drücke ich die positiven und wie die negativen Gefühle aus?

5) Wie kann ich den negativen Gefühlen in mir als Lehrperson konstruktiv begegnen?

6) Wie kann ich mit der Transformation schwieriger Gefühle bewusst und absichtsvoll meine Gesundheit und mein Umfeld verbessern?

7) Wie kann ich in meinem Umfeld und meinen Mitmenschen (und damit auch in meinen Schülern) all die Lehrer erkennen, die mich in meinem Leben fordern und voranbringen?

8) Wie kann ich selbst sowohl Lehrperson als auch Lernperson sein und was bringt das mir und meinem Umfeld?

Der Workshop wird geleitet von Matthias Köhler, freiberuflicher Deutschlehrer, Lifecoach und Poet

15.15 – 16.00 Uhr CET Weiterbildung - aber wie?

In diesem Workshop möchte ich gemeinsam mit euch Möglichkeiten überlegen, wie man außer durch Teilnahme an Workshops an seiner eigenen Fort- und Weiterbildung arbeiten kann. Während dies an den IH Schulen in Deutschland relativ einfach ist, da man z.B. hospitieren kann, ist dies gerade in Schulen, an denen es z.B. nur eine/n DeutschlehrerIn gibt, nicht so einfach. Wie man dies über Grenzen hinweg organisieren könnte, würde ich gerne gemeinsam mit euch überlegen.

13.00 – 14.15 Uhr CET The story of Fidgety Philip - Neurodiversity and Teaching

In this workshop we will look at neurodiversity and what it actually includes and how it can affect learning. We will then alsothink abot ways how we can hep these learners to reach their potential and what kind of support we as teachers can offer.

This workshop is led by Anette Igel, IH world German advisor, DAZ teacher and SEN coordinator

14.30 – 15.30 Uhr CET "Think with your HEART, teach with your HEART“

In this interactive workshop participants are going to discuss the following questions together.
1) How do I benefit as a teacher not only financially but also personally and energetically from my work in class?
2) What are intuition and inspiration and how do I use them in class?
3) What feelings, positive and negative. Do I associate with my work?
4) How do I express the positive and also the negative emotions?
5) How can I deal constructively with my negative emotions as a teacher?
6) How can I consciously and intentionally improve my health and environment by transforming difficult emotions?
7) How can I recognize in my environment and my fellow human beings (and therefore also for my students) the teachers who challenge and advance me in life?
8) How can I be both a teacher and a learner myself and what does that offer me and my environment?

The workshop is led by Matthias Köhler a freelance German teacher, life coach and poet.

15.15 – 16.00 Uhr CET Continuous professional development - but how?

In this workshop I would like to invite you to come up with more ways how to work on your further education and training as teachers apart from attending workshops. While this is relatively easy at IH schools in Germany, as you an do peer observations etc., it is not as easy at schools where there is only one German teacher. How to organise professional development even across borders is a topic I would like to discuss with you.
