This webinar looks at the "Peak End" rule - and considers
- how to introduce "WoW" moments,
- the place of "Delight and Surprise" and
- the importance of endings.
This webinar is intended for Directors, Marketing teams and Operations teams. The format is a presentation, it is not an interactive workshop.
