Online Workshops for French teachers

Following on from the success of this summer's Modern Languages webinars, Estelle Hélouin, Modern Languages Coordinator for IHWO, is organising a series of French online workshops and "show and tell" sessions for IH French teachers around the world.

To register or suggest a session, IH Teachers need to complete the questionnaire by clicking on the yellow button 'Register here'.

Please note all the times are English times (GMT/add one hour for France).

Google doc et Google form de A à Z

Notre dernier webinaire cet automne vise à développer notre utilisation de Google classroom pour enrichir l'apprentissage des étudiants...et nous rendre la vie plus facile ! Nous verrons, grâce à des démonstrations et activités pratiques, comment créer et corriger des activités (individuelles ou de groupe) sur Google doc et comment créer et corriger (y compris avec notation automatique) des Google forms, notamment pour les tests et examens.

N.B.: Il est nécessaire pour participer à cet atelier d'avoir une connaissance de base de Google classroom et une adresse Gmail. Les participants devront être déjà capables de créer un Google classroom et un post simple (ex. : poster du matériel et des instructions sur un post "documentation"). Il sera également nécessaire de pouvoir naviguer de Google classroom à la session Zoom.

Google doc and Google form from A to Z

The last French webinar this autumn aims to develop our use of Google classroom to enhance students' learning...while making our life easier! Through demonstrations and practical activities, we will see how to create and correct activities (individual or group work) on Google doc and how to create and correct Google forms (including setting automated corrections), in particular for tests and exams.

Please note that in order to take part, you will need a basic knowledge of Google classroom and a gmail address. Participants will need to know how to create a Google classroom and a simple post (e.g. to post materials and instructions in a "Material" post). They will also have to know how to switch from Google classroom to the Zoom session.
