We are delighted to announce our second IH Study Abroad Conference from the 2nd – 3rd May 2019 in Catania, Italy. The two-day event will be held at an incredible venue by the sea at the Grand Hotel Baia Verde.
With this Conference, unlike a workshop, we aim to create a unique environment where valued agents who know IH can learn and share with our IH schools.
Conference programme
It starts at lunchtime on Thursday 2nd May with presentations from schools and agents, individual meetings, and a welcome dinner and drinks.

On Friday 3rd May, we will have plenary sessions and workshops with international speakers, such as Nicola Lutz, from No Fluff (and Study Travel).
Nicola will be delivering a session on the 'Customer Experience - differentiation through amazing customer journeys, from agent to school and home again'. Many of you will know Nicola as one of the Directors of Study Travel. Nicola is a trained coach and mentor and has been training people in sales for 23 years. She believes good customer journeys equal increased sales.
In the afternoon there will be a really interesting Panel Discussion between representatives from IH schools and agents offering an insight into both worlds. The day will end with dinner.

On Saturday 4th in the morning, there is an optional guided tour of Catania which participants are more than welcome to join us for!
