Events at the Conference

We are delighted to offer social events at the conference at no cost to participants, and we can’t wait to see you there! However we need to book the right amount of food and drink, and it will be very disappointing if people say they are coming who don’t turn up – you may be surprised but it happens at every conference! That can be a huge food waste which is very bad for the environment. So please only say yes now if you think you will be able to make these events.
