Do you ever feel yourself walking away from a discussion thinking ‘I don’t feel that went very well...’ or have you thought ‘I can’t trust anything that person just told me...’, but didn’t know why? Was your, or the other person’s, body trying to tell you something? This is a vaguely brief and briefly vague introduction to some of the features of body language that can affect us as managers - how others see us and how we see them.
