Anna Csiky - The IH Budapest Mentoring System
This workshop introduces the mentoring system at IH Budapest. This includes the compulsory formal observation during each term and the PDI at the end of the academic year, as well as a number of other optional developmental tasks that mentors and mentees can choose from in order to promote professional development. We will look at both practical considerations connected to various elements of the system, and examples of mentoring documents from previous years and the current academic year.
