Directors’ Conference fundraising makes dreams come true

The charity auction and raffle at last year’s Directors’ Conference in Valencia, Spain raised the enormous sum of €7,500 for IH Valencia’s chosen charity Fundación Pequeño Deseo.

Fundación Pequeño Deseo (The Little Wishes Foundation) raises money to help make the wishes of chronically or terminally ill children come true.

Nearly a year after the auction, the charity recently wrote to IH Valencia to explain how the funds donated by IH schools have benefitted the children they work with.

IH helped to:

• Send Héctor from Valencia to visit London for the first time (pictured above)
• Buy Adrián from Murcia a Play Station 3
• Give Soraya from Valencia the opportunity to be a stylist for the day (pictured below right)
• Finance a flight to Colombia so that Gohan from Valencia could visit his grandmother (pictured below left)
• Keep Andrea from Alicante busy with a Nintendo DS
