IH Seville & Cadiz support a charity in Rwanda

clic International House Seville and Cadiz is continuously involved with Museke, a charity organisation based in Cadiz, which supports some of the most needy children in Rwanda (pictured) and Burundi. Museke provides orphans, or those from very poor families, between the ages of 7to 15 with food, water and clothing. clic holds fundraisers several times a year to assist Museke in their valuable work.

Earlier this year clic also held a fundraiser to help the victims of the Japanese earthquakes. A Japanese cultural week was prepared and both local and foreign students were invited to donate money and participate in the week’s activities. These included Japanese gift wrapping, cookery, martial arts, origami, videogames and cinema. A total of €1,000 (£890) was raised and the money was given to the Japanese Red Cross.
