IH Ljubljana bake for animal shelter charity

IH Ljubljana decided to participate in the International House Action Day by organising a fundraising charity bake sale in December. The school staff baked delicious cookies and other pastries which we packed into lovely packages. We raised well over €300 from the staff and students. We donated the money to the Ljubljana animal shelter. Our teachers and students also donated blankets, sheets, towels, leashes and dog food to help the abandoned animals keep warm this winter. We’re looking forward to organising similar events in the future!
