John & Brita Haycraft

John Haycraft (1926 - 1996) was passionate about
language and language teaching. He was also a visionary, a man of
great charisma who could enthuse others to take on new challenges.
Through his work in IH he created a new profession, English Language
Teaching, bringing professionalism and intensive yet innovative
teacher training to the teaching of English worldwide.

after his death in 1996.
